To help scrapyards better utilise the leads they generated, we implemented a follow-ups & reminder system to help maximise the potential of every enquiry. The UX design challenge was executed through the addition of job status updates, or simply put – the outcome of each customer enquiry.
A job’s status can be categorised as Won, Lost, Awaiting Decision and Unable To Contact.
Dependant on which status is selected, predefined actions are undertaken and input fields displayed to attach the most important information to each enquiry.
Through the use of these automations we have helped scrapyards to be more relevant when following-up with their customers, boost their enquiry contactability rate and generate revenue from previously ‘dead-ended leads’.
